It’s time to weigh anchor for the prestigious National Historic Ships UK Awards 2024

A date for the diary!

We’ve worked with National Historic Ships UK for many years, and as part of that close partnership, we currently host their website for them.

Building enduring relationships with our clients is at the core of everything we do, which is why we’re delighted to share details about one of the most important dates in the maritime calendar!

It’s time to weigh anchor on Wednesday November 20 at 1900 (GMT) for the prestigious National Historic Ships UK Awards 2024, which is the UK’s biggest celebration of Britain’s maritime heritage.

Supported by Lilley Plummer Risks Ltd and the Marsh Charitable Trust, the Awards premiere on their YouTube channel – and everyone’s invited!

Watch the Awards live

You can log on and watch the awards live from Windermere in the beautiful Lake District when the winners of the 2024 Photography Competition, Marsh Volunteer, and Excellence in Maritime Conservation Awards are announced. They’ll also be celebrating their Flagships of the Year, and promise some very special behind-the-scenes content from their hosts, Windermere Jetty Museum and Windermere Lake Cruises.

As a supporter of National Historic Ships UK we’re thrilled to share some of the shortlisted images for their 2025 calendar, which is available to purchase for £10 from November 21.

You can watch the Awards here

Don’t forget to use the event hashtag #NatHistShipsAwards2024 so the good folks at National Historic Ships UK can see and share your posts.

You can follow them on Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram and congratulate the winners as they’re announced.
