Cats Protection helps an estimated 157,000 cats and kittens a year through their national network which includes around 210 volunteer-run branches and 34 centres.

Through rigorous research that included user interviews, setting objectives, workshops, and analysing data from Google Analytics, our team of experts provided a list of recommendations to Cats Protection, designed to amplify their voice and elevate the user experience.
