As an organisation, we are more prepared than most as our systems and operations work just as well virtually as they do in the office. Equally, our staff are covered by generous contractual sick pay which includes up to two years of income protection if they get ill – which means staff already know that they should stay at home and not work if they don’t feel well.
However, in light of the new stricter Government guidelines introduced yesterday on movement and travel the entire team will work from home from Wednesday 18 March 2020 and we will operate a virtual office.
Our office phone number will redirect to senior staff members, and our support ticketing system will run as normal. We aim for there to be no interruptions to our services.
We have monitors on all our sites and servers that are linked to emails, mobiles and instant messaging software for all relevant staff.
We will, of course, still be contactable through email and also have facilities to arrange virtual meetings by conference call or video conference if required. We have a risk and mitigation strategy for COVID-19 and have put all necessary measures in place to continue offering our clients the best possible service.
We’re operating normally, supporting existing clients and taking on new projects, so please get in touch if we can help.
