At Fat Beehive, we don’t just design websites. We help charities and nonprofits make bigger ripples in the world. And we do it in a way that feels right — for our people, our planet, and the communities we support.

From the charities we work with to the communities we’re part of, people are at the heart of everything we do. We volunteer, we fundraise, we give back — including two paid volunteer days off for every team member, every year.

We’re also proud to be a London Living Wage accredited and Disability Confident employer, ensuring our commitment to fairness and inclusion goes beyond words. It’s baked into how we hire, work, and show up for each other and our clients.

Accreditations

We’re an ethical company to the core. That means treating our staff and clients fairly and being selective about the organisations we work with. We don’t work for oil, mining, arms, banking and sweatshops. But we do work with charities, social enterprises and B-corps and other great organisations that challenge these and more.
