The challenge
Lymphoma Action’s website is a resource hub in the truest sense, providing a wealth of information for patients, their families and healthcare professionals alike. Their old site had become overloaded, confusing users right at the point they needed support most. The organisation was rebranding, so the new site needed to support this wider communications campaign in the best possible way.
The brief
Lymphoma Action pinpointed several key areas of improvement for the new site, namely bringing the right information to the right users in the simplest, most efficient way, and showcasing real stories. The organisation runs a great deal of events, but these were currently listed in a very unengaging way, so we were tasked with building a complex, user-friendly map and events listing for them. Another key area for improvement was the display of third-party clinical trials, which required complex technical work.
